3. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and, where applicable, that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may only be transferred to the extent required to fulfil our legal obligations, in response to requests from judicial/administrative authorities, or to hosting and communication infrastructure providers we work with, subject to the necessary technical and administrative safeguards. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the statutory limitation periods set out in applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK, request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred, object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems, and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

7. How to Submit a Request

To exercise the rights listed above, you may submit your request, together with documents verifying your identity, to our Office via the address or email provided on our contact page. Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.
